Wonderful late 19th or early 20th century interior design plans for a Billards Room in France. In Ink and White Chalk or Gouache on what is now a beautifully aged and yellowed paper on board.
Small amount of water damage to top RH side and a brown stain near the first elevation.
Shows elevations of all 4 interior walls as well as the floor plan.
